FAQs

A completed award search across the programs and balances you give me, delivered as 2–3 real, bookable options — each with the point cost, taxes and fees, and the cash value it's saving you.

You're not charged the $150 execution fee — that only applies if you decide to book. The $50 search fee covers the time and expertise of the search itself and isn't refundable, the same way a search engine doesn't refund you for results you don't click.

My regular service is ongoing — building a card strategy and points balance from scratch. Concierge is a one-off: you already have the points, and you just need one trip searched and booked.

Your travel dates (or a window), destination(s), cabin preference, number of travelers, and a list of every points/miles program and balance you have available to use.

All the major transferable currencies — Chase, Amex, Capital One, Citi — plus the airline and hotel programs they transfer to, and any airline or hotel program you hold a balance in directly.

Most searches are completed within 2–3 business days. Time-sensitive trips or last-minute travel can sometimes be turned around faster — let me know in your request.
